We want to turn dialogue and discussion into initiative and action. Every encounter is to be a call to action, to brainstorm concrete actions that we can take as individuals, within our families, and in our various communities by:
* Creating forums of dialogue that can contribute to closing the gap between culture, races, religions, genders, and creed.
* Confronting subvert racism, bias, and marginalization.
* Bringing into the light our unconscious bias and stereotypes that we hold.
As our dialogues mature, our end-goal is to initiate various projects toward promoting hope in our local communities, creating a greater culture of sharing among all.
